Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Bhagalpur - Bhagalpur, India

The worst experience ever.. We bought a fridge from the store.. We paid the whole amount. They sent us dented refrigerator not once but twice after exchange and later they said we cannot send you the fresh piece either take what our store has or take the money.. The whole process took more than 25 days and they deduct 1000rs from the payment when we already had declined any kind of insurance.. That's a whole new level of fraud these stores are doing..... Will suggest you to not invest your money here.

Irresponsible behaviour, while you are on phone. Totally different attitude after the visit, it can be taken in a good way but you should also have a reasonable behaviour while you're on phone.

You can get excellent deal here, lower the online stores. Really satisfied with the customer service and support. I have bought a LG tv from here.

The store is well maintained and has lots of variety. The staff explains you every aspect of the product along with their pros and cons. Most importantly after sales services is two notch above the competition.
