Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Can there be an option of giving negative star? This is a serious issue as a customer. I bought a VOLTAS 1.5 Ton SAC from Reliance digital Guwahati dated 24th July 23. The technician came on 25th July 23 but during installation he found that the product is faulty and need replacement. The product is then wrapped up again and is at my place. From that point, people are spinning me from one point to another. I have been given promises to resolve the concern in hours. These were mere promises and nobody got back with solution to this. It would have been much better if i would have bought this from a local vendor rather than Reliance Digital. He would have given some priority to the concern. i am literally fed up of dropping mails and dialling to customer support.

Loved this place. Gorgeous, for a mall in guwahati. Escalators could have been both ways but they aren't it is what it is. There are rides for kids at the entrance too, if you are a parent and looking for that.

I bought a new phone 4 days ago and the speaker is not working. When I asked for replacement as it's a manufacturing defect they asked me to take it service centre to repair. They assured customer service is their top priority but couldn't keep their words. When I asked for a replacement with a new phone they intended to blame me for the defect. Very poor service and will not recommend to anyone.

Sales is good but poor service. Bought TV got delivered the next day, installation scheduled on 3rd day. Atleast I got same day installation on the day of delivery with my previous TV which I ordered from Flipkart. Very bad experience from a renowned reliance digital store,Guwahati

Reliance digital is within central mall. The sales executives are very friendly, they described well and also didn't ask anything when we tried the phones and tablets which were being showcased . We even clicked photos with Samsung s23 ultra and shared to our phone with the help of nearby share. overall experience was good. Stocks should be higher specially for some phones. Thanks

I bought a new phone and when I started at home i realised it was malfunctioned speakers and mic didn't work at all. Immediately when I called and asked them they are not giving a new one. This is what the problem is when buying from this kind of stores. They over promise to sell it but once done they don't care.

WORST customer experience. I bought Samsung A54 and experienced technical issues so I asked to return as one of the sales man said within 14days any problem arises you can get a new handset. So when they called the store manager he Denied to the policy. After arguing for almost 10mins another sales man came and said we have this policy and showed me it was written in the box itself. How can a STORE MANAGER deny to this? It was Pathetic. They should be shut down
