Customer service is topnotch. I was just there to take a quick look at laptops. I was there looking for i7 ones. I was specifically looking for rayzen 7 hp . They only had fibre body laptops and not the metallic one.
No staff to attain us. We found few products nice and wanted to know more about the same . But we didn't get any help. They are all busy chit chatting. And no one cares to help. Poor customer service

Disgysting experience today..Don't buy.. organisation still lives in 90s and 2000s when it comes to customer support. I bought some ~500 bucks JBL earphones with additional reliance insurance of some odd 68 rs. They broke in some 1.5 days and I went back hoping for some warranty claims and additional insurance. TLDR- did not change my earphones, told them to throw in the bin in their office, they preferred keeping it along with the bill. The additional insurance was only applicable from next year irrespective of what happens to the earphones today

It's a very very big store. There are a lot of household equipment like TV, refrigerator, AC, laptops, mobile washing machines, home theatre, sound bar etc. Staff was also helpful but if you go on Saturday or Sunday then there is a very very rush.
