**Warning** Please read this before buying so you don't get scammed or irritated when you visit this store. This is my first ever google review. I am not someone who usually posts anything online but this incident irritated me so much, I had to. I visited this store last week and i was skeptical about posting this but then I thought it might help someone else. So here goes, It has the worst customer service, and they will lie to you about the prices and product availability. Some staffs are genuine and they will try and help you. But there is this guy there, (I forgot to get his name), he is mostly incharge of offers and payments. He has got a smug on his face every time you inquire about their offers (as if the customers are asking for a charity from him) and I genuinely wish I had the time to wipe that smug off by complaining about him instantly. So i talked to the staffs and they were ready to help me but then he intruded and lied about so many things and did not let them add any offers to the product. Those offers are written in bold letters, IN THEIR STORE next to the PRODUCTS. He lied and said something about system error. Keep in mind, the staff before him just added the product to check for the offer and it WORKED, but when he tried, suddenly "offer is not working"/"system error". I am an IT student who used to manage a retail store, I know how a system works. He even treats people based on their age. There was a middle aged man (he has got a middle class father look) trying to buy something for his kid. He did not bring his kid along and was innocently checking out the high-end products. This guy got excited I guess, as that uncle was checking products worth nearly 1 lakh. That uncle asked the guy "politely" might I add, about a product, and asked if they carry something for lesser price. Suddenly he lost interest and didn't even bother to respond to that poor man and pointed at another staff to help him. I asked that uncle what exactly he needed, he then showed me a pic of the product and pointed him to another row which had products in his budget range. Uncle thanked me with a smile. When it was time for my billing, this guy muttered the total amount in "english", and when I said "huh?" as I couldn't hear him properly, he repeated the amount loudly in "Tamil" and WALKED AWAY. This is the exact attitude of someone who looks down on people who speaks "Tamil" in "Tamilnadu". And guys, he did not speak good English. How they hired him as a sales rep, I'll never know. So much attitude for someone with a broken English. I suggest you try another store for your digital needs. If you do need to purchase from them, please beware of this guy incharge. He will confuse you about so many things, wouldn't even let the other staffs with genuine intentions help you out. I was in a rush and wasn't in the mood to deal with his "BS". If I have the chance to visit the store again, I will definitely get his name and will update this review. He is in his 20's, or could be early 30's too, dark wavy hair, carrying a machine "trying" to check product prices and offers but "wouldn't".

Worst CRM, worst delivery team, no one is taking responsibility and following up with delivery on time and agreed commitment towards customers. No one is giving proper answer and worst in complete services. Once money received from customer no one is ready to consider the customer needs . Such as irresponsible answer giving in phone call if am following up with sales team and crm . What kind of services these teams are providing . Completely worst in service, delivering and installation. Irresponsible team Irresponsible answers

Worst billing team too many customers only running 3 billing counters ... only billing takes minimum 40min.

Yesterday I have enquired about purchasing of a new mobile phone by exchanging the mobile I am using.. The concerned mobile phone team person has said will give the details of pricing through a call . But after 1 day got over Still i din get a call back from the concerned person.. poor service..Must need to improve .. Thanks

Best place to buy a home applience because products are very low cost and all staffs are very supportive to the customer

Have several options for purchasing,marketing executives also good, one thing i felt bad was the after service orelse will give a 4 rating

Staff were helpful.. but you need to call them to get the help required. Purchased a phone. But they do not have every model on display. But they were ready to order the phone required

No one here knows how to activate 5G including the one who is in charge of Gio Sims and phones. I waited for hours but no use. Atlast i visited one plus service centre and my problem was solved.
