I have visit today reliance digital in dwarka sec-13 reliance Mall and I have to buy washing machine.sale staff given final price and I'm happy with deal our cashier also confirmed me final price 16490 I'm ready to buy the finance staff Bajaj finance staff name was paramjeet saying to me sir it's is no cost emi and 10% cashback also I'm Ready to I'm going to home and taking to my documents. And my father family going to with documents staff saying all discounted was not available also all saying the morning staff was communicated was wrong and all comments was wrong and my father family was surfing with this problem and staff was insult my family like poor and manager name was koshal was manger.koshal also with insulting my family like poor and language was very rude like customer is beggar I'm shocked with this service and manager behaviour I'm taking action on it
I wanted to praise Mr. Sunny and the store manager Ma'am who helped me with the transaction , as i was facing issues with my bank. they we patient and the entire process took 3 days and finally i got the best price and experience from the reliance digital sec 13 Dwarka. They also guided me in what i should purchase so that i don't have any issues in future. 2months of usage now. i haven't faced any issues and it was the best decision i made. P.s. I bought a Mac air from reliance digital.
Unprofessional Approach: keen to meet sale targets rather than meeting delivery schedule . In the instant case took five days to deliver item against commitment of 48hrs. staff at store clueless and repeatedly passes false information. Probably mixed up at delivery end by loading staff.
Very bad experience.. I have a gift card of 500 rupees .. i want shoes.. but cost of bad to worst shoes is more than 500 ... So that's my disrespect .
