Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Purulia - Purulia, India

Visit date: 24/04/2023 I was here looking for laptops, they don't have stock, only one model of MacBook available. No ipad available. I asked if they can get stock soon, the reply was no. The staff don't really care about the customer for the electronic section, as if they are paid to stand and see faces there. Not recommended for electronic device. Poor stock Poor customer service

Everytime when I go to reliance digital store purulia for shopping I observed there are no products are in available list but they don't tell you this things. They just give you warehouse story. And most important thing, don't trust any employees commitment in this reliance digital store, they told you anything for selling the item, after you buy anything you can see their original character. Simply I brought one product from there and when I contact them for installation they just simply told me, they sold this item their work done. If you want installation contact to reliance digital customer care we don't know anything. My suggestion is don't go to this place for shopping there are lots of more places where you can buy your product.

Verious types of branding electronic equipment like computer, laptops, tablets, mobiles, etc. Are available in Reliance Digital. And is very good for customers.

Delivery mechanism is very very bad and alloted coupons are actually in true sense not worthy.

They have parking place as well for your vehicles. * They don't sell ACER ,AVITA Laptops now,but in future they will I guess. You can buy ASUS,DELL,HP laptops. * I like one salesman thought You can easily find this place. I recommend to visit coz my purchased product prize was less than online

The store is fine & the sales persons are very helpful with customer queries. Good to have it in Purulia.

So this is an one point hub for shopping any electronics gadgets. As it is from reliance so the you can really trust about the product authenticity. They also have a EMI option from bajaj . The variety of product is really impressive. It is also placed in the center of the city center area. So you can easily go there with not even think of transportation. The behaviour of the staffs are also very good
