Myself and my friend visited the store to change his Jio prepaid sim to e-sim. Balasaraswathi helped us and got it changed in few minutes. Very polite and customer oriented. It's was done in no time. Very good and thanx for helping us.

I don't know about other reliance digital stores, but this store is full of fraud sales people. I turned to this shop while i was on my way to chroma and bought a TV from them, after a bargain for best price and they pretended to provide us the best price on conditional credit card swipes and made us wait for about an hour just for billing. Meanwhile when I checked the price for the same TV in chroma, it was around 1500 less than this price. When I pointed out that to the sales executive (kannadhasan) he initially wasted my time denying and arguing that the price may be incorrect. Later when we asked for the branch supervisor, he stepped in and promised to provide us a gift voucher worth the difference in price. It's been 2-3 months now, we haven't got the gift voucher and there is no proper response when trying to reach the sales executive. He changed his stand saying that the price has now changed. It was old price blah blah. What's even worse is when we switched on the TV, we found a bug in the TV, I mean literally a small bug in the middle of the display. They didn't replace it until a week and a half later and then we waited for the installation. The replace TV also has a white light barging into the display from the sides distracting the picture. Not sure if this is a samsung issue. But To summarize, over all it was a very bad shopping experience at this outlet.

beware of Kannaadasan in TV sales. after sale customer support is zero - Mudichur Road, West Tambaram branch They force to give five stars immediately after the sale. That is how you see five star in the review.

One of the best stores I have purchased. I have bought all the mobiles for me and my family from this place. Not only just mobiles, refrigerators, washing machines and some more. They provide electronic goods at prices that are much equivalent to online prices.
