Despite the showroom's spacious and well-maintained setup, it's facing fierce competition from neighboring stores like Pie, Vijay Sales, Croma, and Bajaj Electronics, as well as online shopping portals. Therefore, it's advisable to compare prices thoroughly before making a purchase. The initial requirement was for a phone, but there were only limited stocks available, particularly for mid-range models. Unfortunately, there weren't significant discounts either, not even to match online prices. Thankfully, I managed to acquire the phone for a reasonable price. However, the sales representative strongly pushed for purchasing appliance insurance, which turned out to be more expensive than life insurance. It's evident that the staff at the store should be better informed about ongoing offers and discounts. Although they display offer and discount boards in the store, when asked about them, they immediately seek confirmation from the management team.

The salesman had said that the iphone15plus was available in the store today. We had confirmed once again before coming there, but it wasn't available at the store. We've come from really far as it was very important. It was a waste of time for us. Poor service.

Worst customer care service of jio.Not responding properly and not giving proper information. Making too much delay and a very bad and worst customer experience.

Recently I bought a Haier Refrigerator from this Kompally store and I would say that this is the worst service I have ever seen. They promise to deliver it at home but they won't do that. We had to pickup from the courier and it was a damaged piece and the replacement they promised to deliver it at home but they only sent the vehicle and driver even though I clearly told them that it's a 2nd floor delivery. Worst experience ever.
