Bought a Daikin AC early June. Very bad unit with faulty indoor unit and very dirty installation from the totally inexperienced technician. He left the whole wall dirty ( permanent marks)and always complaining about the difficulty to install. Complained in the store with no response at all. Top it up, the unit failed with F03 error within 3 weeks. Called customer service and now waiting for repair (48-72 hours). Totally having a disastrous experience after buying at this store Update: The ticket was escalated and actioned in 2 days. But, the main issue where the installation was done so badly and caused the problem of gas leakage was just ignored. The customer service just said" Please note, we have shared your feedback for charges not informed clearly at the time of installation, we shall make sure such incidents do not happen in future of any of our customer." With my experience I won't recommend buying or using their installation services. If you go with their installation expect to spend more money.

don't have option to give negative rating, the store deserve 0 or less stars. Purchased a refrigerator at this store and now one showed up to install even after 5 days(the store person committed 3 days) and when I been trying to contact the store, the guy picked up the call and disconnected abruptly and not even answering afterwards.

The defect product was delivered and the response will be like this. They won't give respect to customers after sales.
