Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Chirala - Prakasam, India

Worst management in chirala, instead of installation of a geyser they damage my bathroom water pipes, The behaviour of installation person is worst. Reliance is good, but the people who are working in chirala is worst.

I strongly suggest not to buy anything from reliance digital Chirala. Late delivery and service no proper response. While purchasing they insist to buy resque plan. While in brand warranty we need to contact company for any service reliance is not responsible. After purchase, if we require any service they will respond after 2days and technician assigned and technician will not come after 5 days also.

Good collection for the size of the town

They have all the brand new stuff and the sales executives over here are very informative, I was completely satisfied with their options and suggestions.

Compare to other shops products cost veriation is there. plz check it once before you purchase

Sales team have zero knowledge about products and they tried to misguide you to purchase the product. It's time waste process to visit the chirala reliance store worst store in chirala. Unfortunately I don't have option to give zero star hence given one star.

You will be dead before completing any service.Don't trust executive,'s words at all in reliance digital.don't buy any product in reliance digital.I am editing this review after third service. They don't even care about customer situation. For every service request it's taking at least 2 weeks to assign technician and for completion of issue it will take around a month. We can't do anything, just need to following up and escalation work. Still they won't care. So, my advice is don't buy any product or service from reliance digital.if you did i can only .And I am seeing lots of fake reviews never mentioning their service .
