Reliance CENTRO , Prestige Group - Shopping mall in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

The place has many collections but didn't really like the way staff behave out there . Not just one person , but a bunch of 3 to 4 people come behind us by advertising their company even before we arrive at their department/company . They don't let us shop with peace by consistently bugging us all the time to buy that ,to buy this stuff. To a limit it's good but it's too much off the limit. If in case of any requirement of the likeable product, we will surely ask for their help but here they behave too awkwardly by forcing us to buy the things we are not even interested.

Had visited recently the place is updated with most trendy collection and men's ranges are really superb and have wide brand options and staffs are very helpful in suggesting

Went here along with a friend to watch bumble bee, this was my first time in this particular PVR in Mysore and it's one of the nicest I've come across. The seating and the sound and the picture quality was of PVR standards no doubt but was slightly disappointed with the quite some items in the menu was not available, starting from something as basic as a caramel popcorn. Irrespectively the movie watching experience was very good.

Decent brands and we dropped in after a movie, guess what, you will be followed and pestered with options and offers. We had atleast 6 people in every floor trying to sell their stuff desperately. It was super suffocating, although I was waiting for my partner to rate the garments I wore, the staff came in to rate it and push the sale. One guy took my shopping bag away after entering men's section saying "it's my job ma'am, even after I told him, I won't run away with this big bag. It's super annoying to have marketing guys pounce on their clients desperate to make sale.. Also there are more sales people than clients ( like 1:7-8 ). So make your choices clear. If u enjoy shopping with good music, this isn't the right place. Also none of the trial rooms have any hangers/hooks to hang any new clothes and/or your own clothes.

One of the best experiences in shopping. Delightful and friendly staff. One of my blackberry jackets had a manufacturing defect and I had raised a complaint with reliance retail and the store took the matter on an urgent basis and resolved the matter swiftly. GAP brand is available in the shop. At times too many staff come to one customer which is totally distracting but the customer service folks have taken this complaint and training the new staff properly in the coming days we hope!
