This is one of good mall in nagpur. It offers a variety of brands under one roof. Staff is good but needs to increase trial rooms. Very less trial rooms available as compared to the customers in mall. The speed of the billing needs to improve. It takes more time to bill than shopping. At least in weekend store manager should keep track of this. Needs lot of improvement.
Nice place with a variety of clothes. However, discounts are just to loot people. Price tags are updated with higher prices followed by giving discounts. People usually stay away and follow Covid norms. Almost everyone wore a mask. Hand sanitizers and temperature checked at the entrance.

Your staff should learn some manners. While I was checking the stuff from my fav brand "ONLY", from back a women came and said, mam it's new arrival. But I didn't asked any one. Like what ? am I not allowed to see the new arrivals or do I look like I cannot afford the new arrivals that was so disgusting and rude. I felt so offended. Please go to the "ONLY" store and see how humble those guys are. No matter you buy it or not they would still offer the new arrivals to try.
