Rele Clinic - Medical clinic in Mumbai - Mumbai, India

I went for my medical exam and honestly their system was amazing to handle patients. They had nurses/staff appointed for every test to be conducted and it was hand in hand done effortlessly. Staff was very helpful. All tests were done within no time. Usually as mentioned in the instructions it takes 3 hours for medical to happen but it just took 2 hours. They also did allow my mom to sit in a different seating area only until they don't have more patients. Everything was very well organised. Wait time was hardly 20 minutes. Female patients had a check up done by female doctor. Also if male doctor did go through the check up, there was a lady present. The process was smooth. Happy about it.

One of the best medical tests center! Good, well behaved and caring staff. They received us with care, treated us with care, and when all the tests were completed, they gave us loving send off!

I was there for my USA K1 visa. Once you get to the clinic, things are very smooth and systematic. Took me 2.5hrs end to end. The reason for not giving a 5 star is that few of the staff that answers the phone are not aware of the documentation requirements and give incorrect information. Also few of them are a bit rude over the phone. I would suggest that anyone calling to enquire about their process should call twice and confirm their requirements with 2 seperate people. I faced a delay of 1 month because I was given the wrong information the 1st time I called only to know that after a month when I called again. The head doctors Mr. and Mrs. Rele were very polite people.

Anyday Lilavati's is professional as compared to Rele with regards to Australian visa as ours got delayed because Rele staff prioritized their Holi holidays over sending our papers to Bupa. And for certain procedures, as Rele is not equipped, they direct you to Lilavati. But then there is more politics in coordination between the staff at Rele and Lilavati..with both pointing fingers at each other...as a result of which the application is further delayed..in a scenario where every day counts! And the queues get longer and longer!!

Had the most seamless and pleasant experience! The staff is extremely courteous and kind. Sujata who is at the reception is a gem and I would recommend coming here to everyone who wants a stress free medical checkup. Keep up the good work.

I recently attended this clinic for my medical examination required for USA Immg visa , on 16th inst. nice place , v good staff coordinators, especially the dr. On duty,name not known, the coordinator mr Manish of great human values , cooperative and of humble nature, And all on time! Was delighted to be there!

We went for Australia Temp work visa. The process was very methodical with proper Co-ordination between staff and even we reached an hour late due to infant but they handled our medical process quite smoothly. I would like to extend my hearty regards to Sujata Madam who was very helpful right from booking of appointment till confirming that reports shall be uploaded to the website in 2 days. I will for sure recommend to get yourself to get an appointment with Rele Clinic for Australia Medicals. Kudos to whole Team Rele!!!

Had a very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful throughout. I have 2 requests as below. 1.The requirements mention 8 photos and we just utilized 1. May be this has changed. 2. The additional test at Lilavati starts only at 9.30 though requires fasting.if this can be communicated accordingly. I understand though that it is not your decision.
