Just Awesome. I had slip disc issue for months which was not getting fully cured. I had pain all the time inspite of taking all medicines. But thanks to Sharma Sir and Relax physiotherapy clinic which healed me and helped me to recover soon. I would suggest to come here first before taking any medicines.

One yr. before I got terrific pain in my back and went to Banaras Hindu University for treatment and got relief. Few months back again faced the same problem and went several times to BHU, two senior physicians examined and prescribed medicine, MRI and Xrays. I'm 64 and arrived in Varanasi one month after slipping on ice in Europe and breaking my upper humerus bone. An x-ray showed the bone knitting, but I was severely limited in movement and there was quite a lot of pain, especially at night. I began physiotherapy with Shekhar Ji and have spent more than an hour at the clinic almost every day for more than two months. The treatment consists of the use of ultrasound, heat and and interferential current machines, combined with a variety of exercises, with and without exercise equipment. At first the exercises were very gentle but by today they are rather strenuous and it's quite a workout for me. In any case, I have recovered more than 90% of movement, and I fully expect to get back to 100% providing I continue the exercises. The clinic has the equipment typically used by physiotherapists, but the experience is somewhat social because up to four clients at a time are being treated in the same consultation room. Rates are reasonable. I'm extremely happy with the progress I have made and have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

My wife was suffering from cervical pain fram last 3 years. After medicin she feel relax only for one month or two month.
