Relax Inn Hotel - Lodge in Chengannur - Alappuzha, India

Rooms are priced high, 1500rs for AC room per day. The beds were little itchy and toilet smelly. Everything else looked and worked fine. If you are looking for a room in walkable distance from the railway station, this is situated perfectly.

Rooms are clean and tidy.. no refrigerator in room.. alcohol is not allowed in room.. the staffs are not friendly I feel.. having space for car parking too..

Okish room at a good location. But don't stay here if by any chance there is going to be any visitor or friend coming to your room to meet you or just do a refresh. One of our friend came to room for changing clothes & re-arrange bags ,& upon seeing one visitor receptionist sent a room boy to tell that the Visitor should not use Toilet services OR they need to pay full rent. She ensured that Room-boy stay at the room entrance and watch that visitor don't use Bathroom or toilet & leaves within 10 minutes. As a policy , they have right to deny or raise questions if any extra person visiting. But it should not be like one person standing in front of room and watching what you are doing. This is absurd and complete breach of Privacy. This hotel don't understand or provide value to Service & customer empathy. Also receptionist is rude and don't listen what ever you say , she will just repeat that this is Rules and you need to bound as if we are working for them

I am thirunaranan kvrk from Chennai regularly coming to your hotel for the last 10 moths but this time 17.10.2023, i was totally dejected by the way of accomodating room , even I paid my advance Rs 1000/ well before on Oct 03.10.2023 2.44 pm. This time they were saying before I am coming from Sabari they will shift my things to another room , so I have taken AC room . Please give some importance for our advance payment and your regular customer please

I lost my charger, with in half an hour I went back and ask dem to show the C C camera fotage for 10 mins... but they dont give proper response... and they said pls get out of dis area... we r not putting cameras for ur purpose.... like dat their owner told...

Ther is no proper response, worst management , behaviour also not good , plzzz don't stay there . Waste of money please don't waste your money

Good hotel to stay, Neat and clean beds and bathrooms. Hotel didn't have food options so we had it from outside. Location is great as it's very close by to chengannur railway station.

My wife and mom are staying in the room ....when me and my baby was going to saw a aiyappan temple and back to the hotel....They are very rude they don't allowed to change a dress for kids is this hotel for customer.... Front desk lady is very rude she is not accepted a kids to dress change in the room ...... They need 300 for kid change the dress....Not even a single star to this hotel not recommended.....very worst hotel
