I stopped by just to rest and had the most pleasant surprise. Coming from Singapore, I was not expecting anything fantastic. It's really hard to find good tasty food and especially prawns that do not smell. I heard a guest rave about the sausage bread and decided to try the prawn puff. It was awesome. Spicy with lots of onions and no smell. The tea was really aromatic and with just right amount of sugar. Not overly sweet like what you expect usually. I tried the tuna sandwich and it was so simple, yummy and my ultimate comfort food. Definitely unexpected from this unassuming friendly cafe. Service is great too!

The food at this tiny yet pretty cafe was scrumptious... from the sausage bread, the Patty's everything was delightful and not to mentiom the watermelon juice I tried here. The watermelon juice was a winner for me.

The cafe is an absolute hidden gem. The bhaji pao and sausage bread especially are amazing.

My husband had a great experience during his stay here, the people are really nice. The cafe is cute and had good food. The guest house room is small, however it is clearly communicated before you book

You can't even begin to imagine how lovely the location is, how perfect the rooms are, and how they welcomed you are at the hotel. However, they will genuinely make you feel at home and take good care of you. The personnel was excellent and attended to all of my needs. Both the accommodation and the amenities were immaculately clean and in full functioning condition. I appreciate their wonderful hospitality and look forward to returning to the Star Hotel soon.

Warm people, welcoming. Was here with family for a quick snack and ordered their ras omlette. Reasonably priced, however comes with one bread, which will not suffice. The seating is a little cozy but not too cramped up. I would still recommend this place.

Came here for a quick bite to eat with some coffee.. what a cute little place with sweet service. 100% recommend!
