Very good hotel. The rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. Very near to the railway station. Staff is very polite. Good service. Got one extra bed for my child. Would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

One of the BEST hotel in Madgao close to Railway Station. It is not only a most valued and budget family hotel but most preferred hotel by corporate clients like us. Our visit to this place is frequent and have not faced any issue so far, in short we have been enjoying our stay without any fuss. Since we have developed a kind of telepathy with them so we get added advantage of landing without any prior booking etc or last moment check-in and we never faced any kind of inconvenience. It is very sad seeing some reviews are posted continuously in a row by one group perhaps (with different id) just to malign hotel management' image possibly due to other hotels didn't treated them the way they were expecting hence accusing almost 3 hotels in a row due to some arrangements/demands were not done by those hotels. Referring those reviews it clearly shows that they are made purposefully in anger whatever reasons were at that time and were not resolved fully. Hotel in any corner of world is always looking forward to extend their warm welcome to their guest who arrives at their place and make them happy with their good hospitality, but here in this case particularly something or expectations were not matched reason whatsoever and things became annoying. My experience has been always good & satisfied with this hotel. I wish and bless the management to be more focused on creating a benchmark of hospitality in future so that such incidents are avoided. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu, and the food was delicious. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. However, the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay during your travels, this is definitely the place to be. With beautiful rooms, exceptional amenities, and an outstanding staff, this hotel truly exceeded all of my expectations.

Lovely boutique hotel at a walkable distance from Madgaon railway station. Easily accessible location, and peaceful surrounding. Rooms are well equipped, clean, hygienic, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is professional. Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful receptionist. Housekeeping staff were attentive and efficient. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay, great value for money and I would definitely come back and recommend this to others

I'm writing another review about Hotel Relax Holiday Home because I've seen that the hotel is posting reviews thru their known ones just to keep their image clean and nullify our real experience which I have mentioned in previous review. Very first thing is accommodation of new people (National players in this case) by cancelling other peoples advanced booking is not a valid case and in such situations the respective hotel should make alternative arrangements prior the guests reach the hotel for check-in, which didn't happen in our case. Hotel check in time is 12 noon and we were asked to wait until 3 pm as the manager was not available in the hotel. I would like to highlight some of the points mentioned in the reviews posted by Rajesh Srivastav and Embro Zone. Mr Srivastav has mentioned that they saw a family group of 8-9 people harassing hotel staff, I need a proof of how we harassed the hotel staff who were confused and had no clue about our alternative arrangements. As per my knowledge, there was nobody other than two staff members and one volunteer of players team. Suddenly, these people are posting reviews about my group. I don't understand why any guest will write a review about other guests in detail instead of writing about their own experience. Mr. Srivastav has edited his old review just to blame us and to maintain hotel's reputation clean. We were only asking for our rooms and we didn't asked for anything in free. Mr. Srivastav has said that "we did this purposely to spoil hotel image because we are not enough capable to provide luxuries to our families while vacationing", this is again a serious allegation, and this person has to provide base for this statement. We are all qualified engineers, working in reputed organizations in Mumbai and this person is saying that people like us visit once in lifetime and try to be in such hotels spending nuts and create such scenarios to get some FREEBIES from the hotels which is again a false allegation. Hotel should have arranged rooms for us before our check in time, instead they gave us false information about another hotel booking and later made us wait until 4.30 pm to get us our rooms. Mr Embro Zone has mentioned that we made unethical demand. I would like to know that asking for our one month advanced booked rooms is what kind of unethical demand. Plus it is mentioned that we disturbed sleep of national team players which was not even arrived there until we left the hotel. Their volunteer was waiting in the hotel lobby with the list of players and their respective room numbers to help them once the team arrives. Hotel made us wait for hours because they were unable to manage alternative options for us on time, provided us false information about other hotel booking and now writing such fake reviews and insulting us deliberately. We are going to write a complaint against this behavior and such baseless reviews in consumer forum and the Relax hotel and these respective review writing customers are answerable to us with a valid proof for all these disrespectful statements.
