Very bad behaviour of the owner,he does not know how to behave with customers.If he is not sensitive towards human beings,how much sensitivity he can show towards animals?
For pet items, it is ok, but their inhouse vet is pressurised by them to pressurised to sell more meicines than required. One of my cats was wrongly treated by their doctor. When I called up the doctor, Mr Sayantan Sarkar, he said moreedicines will be required and he will tell the names only after I go in front of the medicine shop and call him from there. My cat eventually died for his wrong treatment...Mr Sarkar's vet licence should be cancelled..He is a greedy monster and cares only for money.. The lady in the shop is very rude and ill tempered. She tried to show me her temper when I asked her to show the expiry date of a medicine that I purchased...
Its okay to buy medical supplies & food from here. Do not visit this clinic & in-house vet to operate on your pet. They will scam you with extra treatments scaring you & charge exorbitant prices which is totally unnecessary as verified from other clinics later on same treatment. It would be better to heed with caution!
Dr Sayantan Sarkar is a gem...Under his guidance and treatment my Beagle is doing fine... The shop owner is also very amicable.

Money Hungry People they don't care about your pet it's just a business to them my do was suffering from an incurable illness and they just took money from me to put him in supportive care so they can keep on makeing money.. DR. Sayantan Sarkar is the most pathetic vet I have ever came across of his chamcha's kushal charges more then the doctor to come and give IV fluids. If you love your pet don't take him or her there just walk a few minutes and there is DR Saji Guha hear ashoka.. I wish I could have taken by beloved brother there first to save his life.. Again it's just a business to them.
One of the best pet shop in Behala. All the food items & pet care accessories are available here. The famous Vet Dr. Goutam Mukherjee used to consult here once in a week, on Thursday to take care of all the breed.
