ithink Jio wasting Money for this store, nothing is available in this store, i visited more then 5 times in a year but i didnt get a sim card in this store yet.... they don't know how to behave with customer also very poor service sorry jio it's useless stores....
The worst service Center in India I think ,You better search other Jio store instead of this no use going to that store no persona will available and if available I have some other work going outside I have no charge in mobile for doing activation such kind of things he said

As name described it's really mini shop but the service and response is good...They don't have much options of mobiles or any service related experience..I just visited shop to portability of my number from Airtel to Reliance hii as I faced signel problems in Airtel after changing to jio it's horrible experience with hii because it's automatically lost signal while showing full signal bars in mobile ...We can't make calls are not able receive calls...At first I was totally confused what's going on why it's happening with me.....After interacting with some other hii users i realize that this is very common issue in jio which almost all are facing in chintal hyderabad area...Now I learn that I must check my mobile time to time that it has signal or not to do this I request my friends/family to call me if the tone rings it's ok otherwise the replies the user not in coverage area or switched off then I restart my mobile ...It may get signal in one or 2 restarts....So, overall mini shop performance is good but jio signal is poor.
Worst people and worst service always, they will find reasons to send customer back. It seems employees are not getting paid enough for their services
Jio next 2nd slot is only for calls but it was mentioned at the beginning that it will support data from 2nd slot.touch is very have and it won't support most of the apps. On a summary waste of money buying this phone.
