I would like to start with my own experience on the treatment plan designed by the professional team at Rela institute. We went through very hard times for my father condition who is diagnosed for liver transplant. After all hopes faded, Rela institute was the right place for a light at the end of the dark tunnel. We were well received by a team of translators who are well equipped with the knowledge of processes and procedures that we needed to go through for the transplantation operation. They guided us from day one, they were even considering themselves as brothers, friends and family members for caring about the patient. They managed everyday's appointments with the right doctors and consultants. I would really thank the team for the 3 months time of care and looking after the patient and donor. In addition, the Rela institute is very much advanced and willing to deal with almost all cases related to liver transplantation. Perhaps its the number one option worldwide for having the surgery. The team of doctors were very friendly and cooperative. They would follow up very closely with the patient to make sure he/ she is getting the right care and treatment. What i liked the most is that doctors are very experienced and would share all information about the patient with no hesitation only to make you know what you should do next. The time of treatment took almost 3 months but we could overcome all the challenges with Rela teams who kept supporting and living your experience with you. I am very confident to say that it all went well till father did the transplant and got well. Many thanks to the international office who was our guide and supporter. One of the best multi speciality hospitals in chennai. The ambience is really good for a patient who is trying to recover. The service is excellent both for in-patients and OPs. Appoint booking is so easy through online and telephone process so you can skip queue. The Doctors are well talented and specialized in their domains.

Very Good hospital and Good service. Overall experience was good.Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. I am writing to express my gratitude for the amazing work done by your nurses... not just amazingly capable and knowledgeable but who also really care about the progress of patients. You have some excellent nurses at the practise who deserve praise.

I and my parents did master checkup during Aug 2023. This is our first visit to this hospital. Everyone was treated us politely and guided through all the stages. Completely satisfied with the service provided at all places starting from entering the hospital, registration process, other formalities were clearly mentioned prior over email and in person, provided quality food and served as per our needs, all the doctors we met were polite and clearly explained the health conditions in native language. (Special Thanks to Dr.Krithika and Dr.Bindhu at master health checkup dept and Dr.Suganya - Dermatologist for gave excellent care to my Mom at her RF treatment). Lobby, infra, restroom maintanence are excellent. Treatment and medicine charges are reasonable which even lower middle class can afford and final health reports are handed over immediately and sent as pdf file to mobile with detailed picturization. Overall, it's a quality place for treating our health, and they provide the best care. We are overwhelmed!

All the staff are very hospitable and kind. We don't have any worries to stay and do medical treatment here in Dr. Relabecause we know they are good in liver transplants. The place is very convenient and accessible.

We admitted my mother and had a stay for 5 days, including ICU. The shift from General Ward to ICU and back was seamless and smooth. The nurses, caretakers and all the staff including Mr. Sudarshan of ICU are very friendly, offering prompt and precise service and communication, always with a smile. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Had a very comfortable and peaceful treatment and experience at RELA. Thanks much!!

Thanks to Dr Prahalad and Dr Gopi for the most wonderful treatment they are providing. The personal touch and remembering the smallest personal details discussed and the solution given is commendable and touching. Last week I was in Rela for an appointment with the RT team and when they knew it was my birthday Dr Prahlad organised a cake and made me feel extremely special! This awesome gesture, really goes a long way and as a patient this has motivated me to the level of infinity! Thanks to the Doctors and their wonderful team and I am sure many deserving folks will benefit from their expertise and personal touch!

Good Excellent experience to us, we feel in Rela Hospital all the staffs are behaving politely and with kindness, especially Doctor P. USHA.in the ward nurse Mrs prema and their team .Overall Hospital infrastructure and hygiene is very excellent.
