Photo sessions every other day. Only good for people who don't want to workout seriously. Also the trainer Rekha is rude n mannerless . Instead of accepting that she is wasting our hard earned fees money by not providing workout classes she will just taunt and humiliate you. Bad experience !!

Due to COVID, Rekha has started online classes as well with so many different timing option & we can join any batch as per our convince, I m an online participant & believe me if u have will than there is no difference between online & offline class. Rekha is a well trained trainer & I seriously enjoy the classes. Good work Rekha keep it up

My experience at alwaysB fit is fantastic. It's been two months since i have joined this centre. Within these two months only i can feel the changes in my self. I have boosted up my personality; I am more confident now. I feel relieved from all the tension and stress and feel more energetic even after working 10 hours hectic in office daily. I personally recommend this center to all. I'm very much thankful to Rekha for her support and useful tips over these 2 months. This is the best fitness center in Gaur city and I have doing power yoga in class.

Aerobics,Yoga & Zumba- The stress relievers in today's day to day life. I couldn't find anything better than these classes. The trainer is absolutely the best and knows what she is doing. Such a dedication and positivity. I can tell for myself about the weight loss in such a short span of time and the strength I have developed. Daily diet plan is provided for most effective results. Amazing atmosphere and great energy.

It is a nice place. Trainer Rekha Singh is so helpful. She is polite but very disciplined as far as fitness is concerned. I like going to her classes every day. And I really enjoy the picnic workouts.

Always B Fit... Yes ladies and gentlemen that's the place to be. Rekha is so experienced and well versed with the physical exercises, forms of yoga, stress management, weight loss, following the good eating habits, focusing on time management in terms of the meals, Zumba, cardio and what not. List just doesn't ends. Hats off to this lady... In just six months I have lost 10 kgs with such an ease. Rekha does it so efficiently and effectively that we start loving ourselves. In our day to day life we especially women take care of everything but we tend to forget our own well being. Rekha puts us as the most important person, she gives individual attention to each individual. She is running two centres successfully and more than 150 people and same focus and energy is found is every session. I can't stop appreciating her... She is a celebrity to me. It is natural for a person to get bored of a routine gym or running, but this fitness centre makes you do varieties of exercises including yoga, zumba aerobics and vigorous exercises to work your legs and core with the help of all measures of weights and other props. It is said and I believe that one loses more inches and weight working out in a group than individually and this is also one of the greatest benefits of this place. Highly Recommended!
