A peaceful place for praying gods. Every year the festival celebration was happening for seven days. People from various districts came here for the festival. In that kundam festival was the famous one.
One of the famous and bigest temples in Erode district. The PONGAL days are the biggest celebration days every year. The festival time will be always between Jan6th to 15th . Thursday Kondam (Firewalk), Friday Theru, Saturday Muthu Pallakku these are the usual festival days celebration. This is the main temple for surrounding areas hence always special for all. The temple main God is Amman and it has other gods as well. The temple was main place for cinema shooting but due to trend change all moved to other places now. Nearby there is Sivan temple which is built with granite. Don't miss to visit this temple as well. The location is lively, green and calm. Its right place for prayer. If you are here means sure you will get the peace. My favorite temple.
