Have booked flight tickets a couple of times from here. The convenience charges are lower compared to the bigger aggregator websites like Makemytrip,Yatra etc. The service provided by him has been excellent. In the first instance, I had to cancel the ticket but the experience was hassle-free and the refund was provided quickly. I recommend others to book through his website.
