Came here for buying sofa cover. A very wide variety is available in different price ranges. The staff is quite polite. They even came to our house to stitch the covers. Good service. Have been an old customer.
Pathetic customer service. They take advance in account to place an order for the material and keep you waiting for a month, on following up they take the whole amount assuring the delivery will be made within a week and then give you a call rudely asking you to come and collect your money as the material is not available. ( all this after a month of waiting) Very poor staff, they don't know how to talk to customers. They owner never turns up even if you wait in the store for hours. Aweful!!!
