The place is really nice with very good service and the staff is very helpful. the buffet is excellent and the quality of the food is awesome. Special thanks to Front office team . Overall the hospitality is awesome.

There was a slight delay in our check-in but the staff happily upgraded our room even on a busy & packed weekend. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, sanitary bathrooms and prompt response to any room service. The only issue was not having the receptions number noted anywhere in the room. The breakfast has a wide variety with a live dosa counter and while they say it's open till 10, they usually extend it at least till 10:30. The rooftop pool is simply amazing, being clean and huge. The staff near the pool was also kind and helpful getting us towels and helping with photos. The checkout was also pushed back at no surcharge. Great stay

Right from the Reception, Check - in, Ms. Komal ji & her Team were very Efficient & Thorough. The Rooms were very Comfortable. The food Quality & Mr. Krishna & his team were Rendering Out ver good Service. God bless

Location is too good. Service and hospitality in restaurant to be improved. Range of buffet breakfast must be much better. Overall a good experience and expecting it to be better and best in future

Excellent location and a1 service.They talk so politely and the rooms are so clean luxury's .There is such a good swimming pool on the top floor . The location was so beautiful and worth seeing , especially on the top floor. Also if you request something than it would instantly come in 2-3 mins.Then if we talk about the food then it is so good and has all kinds of foods you wish for. The money of the food is 100 percent worth.So if you are planning any hotel near Lonawala then you should go to Regenta and it is worth spending so much money for this hotel.

Nice property . Rooms are week made ,very clean and neat. The rooftop bar and barbecue should be made operational in rains also. Little expensive , food quality very good but only veg options available and only one restaurant/ coffee shop where all three meals are served. Location very central but being right in the market, seems little crowded when we step outside the hotel. Overall experience was good

This hotel is definitely at a prime location and easy to locate. Good ambience and staff. Room service is a bit slow and not able to serve you on time. The swimming pool on the terrance is good. Overall a very nice experience to stay at this hotel. Everyone experienced the great swimming experience at the hotel terrace.
