Well my experience here was wonderful.. I really liked the place situated in such a place..Room was so much spacious..and so clean..but the biryani we had there wasn't upto the mark.. wasn't cooked properly so please do note. Ambience was too lavish and cosy. So 10/10 from my side. Staffs were really helpful. So I really respect you guys for treating us humbly. Keep it up. Always be on best behaviour and helping the customers well.
Great service one call and things were delivered in the room. The rooms were spacious and the view was good Some work was going on in the swimming pool hence kids couldn't enjoy it much.
Extremely Poor Service, Cooling in the rooms were very low. Whole resort was like a burning heater. Food service in the restaurant was very poor, staff was very dull in attending family function arranged at Regenta. Don't ever book this resort for any type of service, vaccination or function. In one word I would say " NAAM BADE DARSHAN CHOTE". Horrible experience at this resort even after paying huge amount of money.Not recommended at all.
The room was clean.. Service was not good they were taking so much time to deliver food, water and cleaning service in the room.. The food was tasty.. Due to private function in the property creates so much disturbance.. The staff was nice n helpful.. Moreover if you are going with a small child they don't offer less spicy food the most irritating part for me.. You can only give maida chapati to your child without vegetables..
Extremely ill-maintained. Non-functional swimming pool with stagnant water, short staffed with poor service. Chargeable extra beds are put on the floor despite advance booking. Buffet options are limited.
It was a last minute program and we wanted to have a quick booking. After reading decent reviews about this place we booked it. It is easily reachable and it's proximity to bird sanctuary is very good. If you are looking for decent stay with breakfast inclusive option. You can go for it as personally I could not find many good hotels in Bharatpur. Also food portion size is very small if you opt for room service
I had a very bad experience there. They were terribly short staffed and one person was doing many things. They took so much time in delivering water after order was given. A terrible experience. Don't visit there
The property os really good and rooms are very spacious and clean .. only issue is with food taste .. need to improve .. also breakfast spread is doesn't match the requirement. ..
I would rate 4.5 star to this property. Very budget friendly resort. My stay for one day was very soothing. Room service top notch, staff was so courteous, property ambience was tremendously good, Food was awesome, resorts own food menu was Lil expen

I have a fair experience at this property. The property itself is huge. The sprawling lawn just in front of the hotel looks outstanding. Here, you would also find many species of birds. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a lift that would help,
