Average stay Stayed in room 307, 308 for a night on 1st December. Unprofessional Reception staff. First of all it's not a 4 star hotel as claimed. Will not consider as a good 3 star even. Looks like a new property but due to very poor house keeping looks bad. Lifts are unclean. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Garbages dumped under bed :( We came down From 3rd floor to second floor to have breakfast via staircase. All corners are full of paan peek. Very dirty. It's a result of Poor management Very average breakfast.
Warm, welcoming and hospitable. The staff at the hotel is well trained. The food taste is really good! Molecule, the roof top bar and eatery is a delight that is well managed by Avinashji and his team. A place for family and friends undoubtedly!!
I came here with family on vacation. The service was great. I stayed in executive room and it was well furnished with adequate space. I got extra bed for by older kid. The breakfast buffet was good, included in room tariff. It is very close to most of the places you would visit in Jhansi as tourist, like fort, museum, parks, Etc. The food is decently priced and has good quantity. However, you may get other good quality food in close vicinity. Overall a good experience.
Stopped in last night at the take away part of Regenta Place jhansi and got two beautiful cakes (like a pistachio swiss roll), they were so lovely when they were serving us and even gave us a couple of other tasty treats to sample. Great customer service and lovely friendly staff. The cakes were delicious also.

Staff are very unprofessional... from reception to room.... Doesn't care about customer. We stayed 4 days in hotel.. but room service doesn't listen any requests having deley more than 30 minutes... food and breakfast pace has very little area to sit over there 6th floor staff are very rude and unprofessional.
Location of the property is very good, on the road and very easy to locate. Excellent hotel for stay in Jhansi. When we visited our room was upgraded and provided Hassel free early check-in also. Rooms were big, clean and service was excellent. They provided extra bed for kid. Staff behaviour was customer friendly, specially all staff r very nice and cooperative . We took room with breakfast and dinner, food in restaurant was tasty and you can have various options. Adequate parking space is available. Overall good experience.
