A couple's two-day stay in the "Exlovi" room according to the reservation and there is no connection between the room we received and what was ordered. There was no table or chair in the room, one toilet paper was provided, lack of additional towels. The level of cleanliness of a drinking glass strives for zero, lack of a glass for two brushes in the bathroom and also there is no wiper to wipe water in the shower itself without a door and all the water wets the entire shower, moldy smell in the room and bathroom. The last thing is a main door that closes with a huge lock and bolts from another era. Room service was relatively fast but you will not contact the service employee, I am still waiting for them to give me an answer to my other request from the room service. One last thing in the lobby at the entrance to the rooms, the sofas have been dirty for a long time. I'm sorry, disappointment

The hotel is located at a very beautiful location which overlooks a valley. We stayed in delux rooms and the rooms were big enough with big balcony. On the service side, We were not given towels when we checked in and we had to specifically ask for them. When we asked for hand towels, we were informed that hand towels are not available and were given face towels, one of them was dirty and could not use it. By this time, I lost patience and did not want to complain further. You don't expect this from a 4 star hotel. Food. Food was strictly average for a 4 star hotel. It was not bad but at the same time, it was not wow either. I would look for a better 4 star hotel if I visit next time.

The Property is well maintained. The food was also pretty good. The game zone & swimming pool is also well-maintained. Service is also excellent. Just have a flaw in terms of location coz local transportation is pretty much expensive so if you don't have your own vehicle think before considering this else everything is perfectly fine. They have some chargeable activities like a small tracking on mountains and Air Gun shooting etc too.

Visited this property for a destination wedding. Rooms were clean but need little bit of repairs. View from the resort is breathtaking. It's worth every penny spent. It's a huge property, absolutely clean with friendly staff. It's located in remote area amidst nature.

Rooms were not so good, but they were decent with some maintenance requirements. Had these room been renovated this property would have been unbeatable. The location is beautiful, bit isolated and far from central mahabaleshwar but worth the view. The pool water was not clean during our visit but they changed the water upon complaint. Food was good, staff were friendly. Overall, it preety good experience which could have been much better.

The location of this property is its USP. One can see whole range of sahyadri (panchgani-mahabaleshwar road) from the hotel. As hotel is a bit outside the city, they have taken care of all the requirements to make a stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, and the food is good. Staff is supportive

Hotel is in an amazing location it is so beautiful and so serene I would highly recommend staying at this place. The staff was very courteous I am the service was also pretty good

To begin with, it is unfathomable that a robbery of such magnitude could take place within the premises of a supposedly reputable resort. The fact that criminals were able to infiltrate the property and steal valuable possessions without being apprehended is a testament to the utter failure of security measures in place. This incident has shattered any sense of safety and trust I had in the management of Regenta Place Green Leaf Resort Mahableshwar. Moreover, the response from the resort's staff and management was shockingly inadequate. Instead of promptly addressing the situation and ensuring the well-being of their guests, they appeared indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of empathy and failure to take immediate action to mitigate the distress caused by the robbery only added insult to injury. Also safes were not working, it is clear that guest safety is not a priority for Regenta Place Green Leaf Resort Mahableshwar. Furthermore, the lack of transparency surrounding the incident is deeply concerning. The management failed to provide any meaningful explanation or take responsibility for the security breach. There was no reassurance offered to affected guests, nor any indication of steps taken to prevent such incidents in the future. This not only demonstrates a disregard for guest welfare but also raises serious questions about the resort's commitment to maintaining a secure environment. I implore anyone considering a stay at Regenta Place Green Leaf Resort Mahableshwar to seriously reconsider. The complete disregard for guest safety and the shocking negligence demonstrated by the management make this resort an unsafe and unsuitable choice. No one should have to endure the traumatic experience of a robbery during what should have been a joyous celebration. I strongly urge the resort's management to thoroughly review and revamp their security protocols, take responsibility for their failures, and make significant changes to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. In conclusion, my stay at Regenta Place Green Leaf Resort Mahableshwar was a nightmarish ordeal due to the robbery incident and the resort's subsequent lack of action. The egregious security breach, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff and management, has left me deeply disillusioned and outraged.
