Property and room was neat and clean. Had everything required for a comfortable stay, good location. Something fishy with the room service guys here. Don't let them inside the room especially when you stay as a couple. Take the delivery at the door and send them away, they may insist multiple times to allow them inside room to place the food. cant describe much in detail here, Be cautious.

The Hotel has absolutely no amenities except for a gym that's gathering dust with the machines falling apart. Rooms are good but the showers are like a foot wide in either direction. Decent views as well. Good service but food is bad and not up to the mark.

The hotel had very good rooms . The restaurant attached to it had great food. The staff was friendly and courteous. Only minor inconvenience was that you can hear the train passing which created some noise. Har ki pouri was 4to 5 km from the hotel.

Overall ok for the price Door lock was not working, but manager was quite good, he was quick to resolve the issue. Many issues in hotel infrastructure, but manager is managing it with a smile. He is helpful, has sense of ownership and responsibility. Food was good

Mrs Sen built such a beautiful property, was aware, had gone with a group, last week. Saw it myself. Excellent services, support staff, was brilliant. The hotel celebrated 15th August, flag hosting and involved our foreigner guest, was commendable.
