Regenta Inn Embassy Ajmer - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

Don't book this hotel . Very untidy hotel, the helpers were good. It is not worth the money that is paid . poor hygiene, there were hairs embedded in the pillow , the bedsheets were dusty , the tables and chairs were also covered in dust and , unwanted stuff littered around the room . We appealed but they gave excuses about construction going on which was not visible anywhere near the hotel . Even the card to open the room was not activated , we had to take help from reception to access our room every time which took lot of time ! It is not even worth the one star that I gave to write this review and spread awareness.

Very Good Hotel for to stay in Ajmer. Very clean and spacious Room. All the Staff member is also very cooperative. Morning Breakfast is also very good. Now onwards when ever I will come to Ajmer definitely my destination will be Hotel Embassy.

1. On Check In - Stinky smell in the room, good things that they changed the room after request.2. Intercom not working3. Towel not Available in bathroom4. Central AC running at 16c , but cooling normal.5. To drink water, Glass not available6. On Bed, Bedsheet was not maintained. 7. You can assume, when intercom not working, how I manage all essentials.8. They are maligning the brand Regenta9. No hangers in almirah for clothes.10. Room refrigerator was not cooling, it was not clean & Balck fungus can be confirmed.11. Menu card was not available in room, when asked, see the rate of dishes. They are maintaining standard of Regenta in rates, not in services.12. I came out of the room, it locked, could not confirm which room no. Allotted to me, as it was not mentioned on the key or key cover.13. Staff co-operated in each matter, no issue with them. It is management issue.14. Despite having two Sims, Mobile connectivity issue faced in this property. Eventhough this property is in the city.15. At dinner, I visited hotel restaurant, asked for Tawa roti, but It was from balance stock of lunch, which again served in dinner.16. At Breakfast, without checking record, staff told that there is no room no in the list, which I told him.17. My room door was opened twice by the staff. Room have electronic lock, no other can open. Why they were doing so ?18. At checkout, payment could not be made due to connectivity issue, Cash had to pay.19. I will never , ever book regenta Ajmer.

Dirty bed covers n pillow(used).dirty washrooms,dirty corridors. But the helpers were good. Specially vinod. The hotel needs to look after its cleanliness seriously.

Good property. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. I stayed for 3 days and Vinod kumar was very helpful during my entire stay.

Where to start from, No parking with having around 30-36 rooms, Rooms were spacious but zero cleanliness. Mainly the owner was so so so arrogant. Couldn't understand what I was telling regarding the food order then at last the manager took the call and understood the situation for which they were asking me to pay extra. Owner needs to learn hospitality and way to talk to the guests. Very poor experience. Will regret coming to this hotel in near future.

Our hotel experience was very good. The hotel staff helped us a lot specially Prem Singh, Vinod Kumar and Vijay Sharma with all our queries. They even arranged for cabs for us.

Rooms were so dirty.Gutka and paan marks in all over toilet spl.above washbasin. Shippage in rooms.Sofa ,bedsheets, fan,mirror everything were dirty although they have changed bedsheets when we told them just because of that I am given onestar.I don't think so it's regenta brand.
