Regenta Inn by Riverside, Manali - Hotel in Bandrol - Kullu, India

Dint want to give this review but forced to write this review at 3 am because the power is out from last 1 hour. Despite asking they have been telling me 15 mins x 3 times. For the amount of money charged ( 5800 INR ) for this average room , there are plenty of amazing rooms in Manali. The rooms are outdated and cluttered and very small. The geyser was either too hot or too cold. There was no system to balance hot + cold water. Frequent power cuts were another mood spoiler. By far the most pathetic hotels I have stayed in Manali. More dissapointing is I was charged double for same room which is available for exactly half the next day. I have screenshots for both. Big big dissapointment !

very friendly staff, cozy rooms, delicious food, I recommend that if you come for the first time, this is the best place, plus the view of the mountains is fabulous

The hotel is in between Manali & Kullu with great river valley view from the balcony. Overall the rooms are small but pretty decent. The property is maintained & have good food. Price vise also the hotel is good & economical

We recently had 4 nights trip at Regenta riverside, along with other families. we had booked all riverview rooms. Excellent location, mesmerising riverview rooms. Early morning coffee in balcony viewing beautiful beas river flow through lush-green mountains made our day. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. They were always at service for special food request especially for kids. Lalit, Jatin and Sumit, thank you for your hospitality. You made our tour very pleasant with your 'always at service attitude'. Don't miss the Butter chicken here, very yummy.

I have stayed here for two nights during new year with my family and friends, I must say the hospitality that we have received was truly amazing.Location is very good, Rooms are spacious and clean with best view. Food is tasty and service is quick. I would highly recommend to this to anyone. Special mention to manager Mr.Sharma who took care of everything for us. Thanks a lot for wonderful experience

Very bad experience. The interior and exterior of the hotel is good. The location is also good. But, very bad maintenance. There are very large worm like spider in the room. Rooms are not locked from the inside. The bathroom windows doesn't closed. Room lockers are already locked. So that it cannot be used. Food quality is also poor.
