I had a pleasant stay at this property and would like to highlight their exceptional hospitality and delicious food. When I encountered some issues, the hotel operations manager took prompt action to resolve them, which greatly improved my overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Coupled with the delectable food, it made for a memorable experience. I can confidently say that the overall stay was a delightful blend of great service and a satisfying atmosphere.
Neat and clean place. Ample parking place. Room and bathroom good for single occupancy but a little small for two people. But nice well kept. The washroom linen specially towels need replacement. Good decent food. Helpful staff
Quick service, humble cooperative staff and nice rooms. Front desk, room service, house keeping, bell boys and restaurant guys all were very helpful. Initially the behaviour of one head lady staff seemed a bit rude due to discount but that can be ignored because everything else was very good.
