Regenta Central Udaipur - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Regenta Central in Udaipur, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was attentive, the executive suite room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was pleasing. However, there was one aspect of my stay that fell short of expectations--the breakfast. The staff at Hotel deserves commendation for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The executive suite room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. The furnishings were tasteful, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness to a high standard, and any requests for additional supplies were promptly fulfilled. However, I must address the disappointing aspect of my stay--the breakfast. While the hotel offered a wide variety of options, the quality of the food left much to be desired. The taste of the breakfast items fell short of the standards set by the rest of the hotel. It is essential for the management to address this issue and focus on improving the breakfast experience to match the overall quality of the establishment.Overall, Hotel Regenta Central offers a pleasant and comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and hope the management takes note of the breakfast concerns.

Excellent service especially Ms Rekha is really very good on front desk and smoothly checked in. Rooms was awesome and food are delicious. We look forward for staying again and again. Thank you Regenta and Royal Orchid Group.

The hotel provided us a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was grand and delicious . The best feature was its location close to well known tourist destinations.

It was a wonderful experience ,great stay , the manager was very helpful. Gave us an upgrade , service was wonderful! The manager's name is Digvijay and was very kind and even helped us by providing free cake and wine. The overall experience was great and loved the stay. The main attracting point was the infinity pool. Even the other staffs , Richard , Rekha and all helped us a lot during the stay. Nice hospitality, great service , excellent property. Kudos to the staff and the regenta team

Hello guys, I was there for 4 days and 5 nights and truly from my bottom of the heart the service given by the hotel team was extraordinary. 1) When ever I ask for any help they respond quickly and solve our issues. 2) the morning breakfast was superb delicious. As a South Indian the idli, dosa and sambar which they provided was excellent. 3) I asked for birthday decoration inside the room and hotel team and the hotel guys (Sudhir, sideeka, naresh & maya )supported with latest decoration and arranged perfectly. 4) the hotel property was equallent to 5 star property. Thanks for the hotel management for there excellent service.Let this continue forever.

1. Rooms were nice - spacious and tidy. 2. Staff was very decent and welcoming. 3. Food was good. 4. Located in central Udaipur and most of the tourist sites are within a radius of 2-3 kms. 5. Facility of valet parking available. 6. Interiors of the hotel were nice. 7. Wifi speed was great (11 Mbps)

Firstly over all experience was not good at all will never recommend this hotel to any one due to poor management issues. I did booked 4 + rooms in this property and called to check about details of package but the person on the other side was rude unprofessional arrogant . It seems they are not interested to our business hence decided not to go ahead and cancelled the booking. First impression is always important and definitely management has communication problems and poor customer skills. On the other hand I have attempt to call two other hotel for a follow and on the booking with them too as it's bulk booking there way of talking makes huge difference and that human elements was there. I don't feel this would be worth decision to go ahead with this property at all not only because if poor customer service it's also because of poor hospitality I have seen make review regarding this poor food quality and hospitality along with rude behavior hence called to make sure my guest should not bear the same luckily I made a right choice of cancelling the booking and reduced my stress level.
