I stayed there for over a month. It's just okay. Rooms are good but amenities are not good. Like they have placed small refrigerator but that makes lot of noise and don't work. Out of 30 days hardly even a single day ac worked well. But food is good and the restaurant staf is good.
A four star hotel with no dedicated parking facility. A small lift (4 person only) for guests, staff and luggage resulting in long wait for lift. This wait further extended because of frequent power failure.Rooms were of 2star standard, towels were really bad. Salty water in bathroom. Geyser was not functioning properly, it was either hot water from both taps or cold water from both taps. For the breakfast initially the restaurant refused live counters for dosa, omelette etc for our guests, though it was part of the package. It was only after we raised the issue, they started live counters for our guests.
Worst hotel I have ever seen. I am staying here. receptionist hanging up calls continuously. No cleaning,no taste in food.i would strongly recommend do not come here.
Rooms are clean.. Windows are inaccessible.. Location is suboptimal.. There is a bridge being constructed right in front of the hotel. Due to the construction, the approach roads are in bad shape. The road gets deserted by 9pm.
Hotel ambiance was good room service was average. They need to be more attentive. Restaurant food was excellent and services were also good. Room and washroom was not cleaned before our check in. It was smelling bad. There was no freshener anywhere. Overall experience was good.
the property is nice but the highlight of my stay was the breakfast it's a must have from the salad bar to the baked goods Everything was so fresh and well prepared. absolutely loved it!
