The food was excellent, the service from the waiters was very good. The only thing I miss is more variety in the dessert. The wifi connection is terrible in the rooms.The wifi connection is terrible in the rooms. Poorly washed towels. For the hotel owners, the fabric curtains in the showers are very unhygienic in , it is time to remove them and put something more hygienic.

The hotel room amenities is old and needs to be upgraded to modern standards. Front desk is co-operative and helpful. Housekeeping staff tries to keep clean. But the lenin provided is old and as stated above the hotel room needs face lift and should be renovated. The staff from food and beverage service are very hard working and provided good quality Indian food. Mohan Das and M. Alam both were found to take personal care of the guest for food service.

Had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. All the amenities were fabulous and hotel management is really doing a good job to keep things running smoothly even at high rush times. Food was really delicious and menu was crafted with varieties. Special shout-out to the chicken curry.

Very courteous & helpful staff. Service provided by all the staff members is excellent! Very tasty & delicious food. In terms of cleanliness the hotel deserves full stars! Overall a very pleasant experience!

Hotel is really close to Sajjan Ghar biological park and fort, 10min walking. We got a corner room which has really beautiful view, especially the sunrise was blissful. Food was really tasty, but on a higher side when it come about spicy and salty else it's was good and Mr.Alum was also really helpful.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The manager gave a briefing about the best shopping and sight seeing areas. The banquet manager went out of the way to include popular dishes to the menu.

As a pet parents, we were very apprehensive to take our fury friends there. But as soon as we entered our dogs loved it and so did we. They have huge corridors which r very lively including indoor games tables and a dinning room which is very welcoming and cozy(ofcourse pets are not allowed only in the dinning area) rest of the places are allowed, there was one more dog there and so seeing that we were absolutely at ease. Hotel staff and managers are quick to respond, maintain cleanliness, very polite and courteous, they have amazing views from all their balconies and from the top. Rooms are very spacious. Our dogs had amazing fun too. Thanku everyone for having us there.

Rooms aren't consistent. The room that I was given previously was damp and smelt bad. I asked for a change in the room. There was no discussion about the change in the room as the manager immediately showed up and showcased the other room which was right next door. It was a much better room. The cold coffee was nice but the ice cream that they sent with it had watery ice in it. They took the meaning of 'ice'cream to a totally different level. The breakfast spread was very poor. It was so unimaginative that they ended up having Masala Maggie in the breakfast buffet. The best thing in the whole spread was the bread toast.
