The hotel will give terrible experiences for example you can hear the doors bang in the corridor or on the floor above, also the hotel staff loves to be reminded many times for example the air conditioning was not working during night(can't tell about the day as we were exploring the city) we had called the front desk and the maintenance incharge came and said that he will fix the issue from central console but again it didn't happen so. When we called them again in the morning about the same issue they offered to change the room - when we were about to check out. Small details like calling them repeatedly for dental kits(no slippers or shaving kits were provided).also during check-in towels and water bottles were also provided late. Being a part of chain of hotels this one is a serious let down. The interior decoration of the room makes you believe that this is a good hotel but the service and maintenance tells otherwise.
I loved the property, the rooms are clean and tidy. The management is very friendly and approachable. The food here can be better, so just for food and I'm deducting one star. Otherwise amazing
1. Room was just ok. No dental kit or shaving kit provided. Housekeeping for room was very poor. During our stay of 3 days, toilet pot had black stain at the bottom and on the floor and even after reporting nothing was done. 2. Only good part was restaurant. It was neat and clean and with good service. Food was fine. Best service by Rajesh chetri in restaurant who looked after guests very efficiently and with smiling face. For this full 5 marks.
Stayed here solely for the food as part of a long journey. The buffet was un edible. The paneer was basically rancid. When I complained to the managed, though polite did not address the issue. To escalate things even further they brought out the head chef who was drunk
Zero maintenance in the property, the door locks are not maintained, the cleaning is not proper. Air conditioning issue is there, also very congested parking space. The property location is not ideal. It is located in some residential area which very far off from the city market and restaurant.
Very poor service, spoiling the brand name. No dental kit, no slippers provided. Attitude of senior Staff of SkyBar not good. Overall not worth property. Many other good options available near y city.
The property is good and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and approachable. The top floor lounge and swimming pool are good. Food Is super delicious Overall pleasant stay!!
Hotel management need to work on room preparation. Bedsheets, towel and quilt are not sufficient neat and clean and infact cleaning need improvement. I stayed with family for 3 nights and were disappointed. No dental kit, hair comb sleepers although on request they were provided. Soap quality too low. Food was good. Hospitality was good by few staff although very few staff were in argument mood. Let us hope for improvements for next time.
