Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. I must say it's better than any 3 star hotel I have been too. Room was clean and neat, ambience of the hotel and staff was very humble and attentive. Restaurant in the hotel is good, very fast service. When we stayed here, school trip was there and those kids constantly rang the bell or knocked on the door through out the night. We did made a complaint and I hope they will allot such groups on the same floor instead for different from next time. One less star because of that otherwise I would have given 5 star. This hotels and its staff deserve it. Keep up the good work.

Very clean. No musty smell. Natural light outside rooms and in corridor helps. Hotel is very well maintained. Good quality products used to furnish room and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with a moderate variety of dishes. Overall stay was very pleasant. If you try to make a booking at the reception the price is nearly double. We got for a double deluxe for around 3000 at the time, when we booked online on their official site. Though a little pricey i would definitely recommend this hotel and would also stay again if I had an opportunity.

We stayed for 4 nights here, Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. The car parking was great, breakfast also had good spread, Location was very convenient. The price we paid was Rs 4500 per night which included breakfast. Only drawback was the room lights were dull.

A nice hotel located in a good area. The reception and room service staff are very courteous. The GM was kind enough to give us an early check in at short notice. The rooms are a bit small but are clean and cosy. The only complaint we had was the breakfast service. The dining hall is small and cannot cater to the rush around 9 am. The replenishment of dishes, plates, bowls, glasses was very slow. Serving staff are very slow and take a long time to attend to you. Despite being in Mysore, the taste of dosa and filter coffee was not up to the mark.

Nice Place,Service was excellent Have a rooftop Bar cum restaurant.This is the best place where u can stay comfortably and the staff was so supportive.. specially they make my baby's food so that my baby stay comfortably. Good place to stay. The market is just outiside the hotel with everything available, almost. Park Street is nearby at a walking distance. You can order food from outside as well.

Beautiful customer service, nicely located and fine quality dining are few of the qualities of this hotel. Hotel room are pretty nice and with sufficient natural light. Lady at front desk/reception was constantly smiling and very nice to talk to. Infact I was really pleased to see their morning breakfast offerings, which were quite widespread. Overall a good one day stay at hotel.

A very good place for stay during business or a luxury trip. I have stayed at this place for more than 15 nights during different timelines and the stay, food & the courtesy extended by their staff is always extraordinary.

Visited the place for an event and everything was good. Neat & clean rooms as well as the bathrooms. The staff were great! The parking was adequate as well. And also the lush greenery makes it even nicer. Overall a great experience. Thumbs up from my side
