I got stem cell therapy done on 11-05-23 with the hope of reducing the difficulty I have been having due to osteoarthritis of both my knees and particularly my right knee. I took the first booster dose on 19-07-23. I have much difficulty in climbing upslope or downslope even at gentle gradients, I cannot put my body weight on the right leg while climbing up stairs starting with my right leg. I have been going through the various exercises recommended by Khaleel and waiting to see the improvement, if any, after the 6th month ie.after 11-11-23 since Dr.Movva had told me that I should expect improvement after 6 months. Am hoping for the best.
