This hotel right on the highway. Newly built property, very well maintained. Rooms are in great condition and quaint. Staff are extremely polite and friendly, awesome service. Their buffet breakfast has decent spread and taste is good. Their restaurent serves mostly North Indian dishes.

A decent property with a set of staff who are friendly and make the difference to the overall experiences. Right from the reception to the restaurant the staff make the extra effort to ensure your experience is good. Nice big rooms ensure your stay is comfortable. The restaurant is small so at times during break fast may become crowded but the food is very good and the spread is also reasonable for a city like Tuticorin. The location is slightly away from the city area which was not an issue for us since we hardly went into the city area

Decent property and friendly staff is what makes it best choice in Tuticorin and they serve best food in town. They make you love the local and traditional food. Have plenty of healthy food choices. Staff members are humble and always ready to help. Rooms and facilities are little average standard, still best in town. Reception and dining area need better air conditioning.

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. Very cosy rooms with all facilities.Sparklingly neat bathrooms with refreshing toileteries. 5 stars to the courteous and ever friendly behaviour of all the staff..reception, housekeeping and restaurant, highly respectful to senior citizens. Restaurant is of a high standard. A very huge spread of breakfast catering to all tastes.A very heart warming stay. Highly recommended.

We were a little anxious while booking as we were traveling with a 6 month old who just started crawling & we were wondering how the rooms might be, etc. But we loved the stay at GRT Regency, Tuticorin. Very comfortable stay, clean room & clean bathroom, excellent service. They even had a bellhop who greeted us at the entrance, helped with our parking, took our luggage & showed us the room. Room service 24*7 was good. The breakfast buffet had a good spread with fresh, hot & yum food. Worth every penny spent at this place!

I chose to stay here with another friend. If you are traveling from Madurai by road, then this hotel is located just off the highway. That was a big plus. We were heading to Tiruchendur. The location made it super convenient to access the highway. Had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Food quality, and quantity was very good. Service and attention to guest needs deserves appreciation. I would recommend this place and will stay again.

Overall a very good experience staying at the hotel. Rooms were near and clean and service good. Ram at the restaurant made sure we had the local delicacies and the food was also very good.

My recent stay at the Regency Hotels in Tuticorin was nothing short of spectacular; the warm and welcoming weather, combined with the pleasing ambiance of the hotel and outstanding hospitality from each and every member of staff, including but not limited to the Security at the gate, the front desk receptionist, and the room service, provided the ideal escape from the fast-paced city life. But what elevated the experience to levels far above our expectations was chef Nityananda, whose food was comparable to art and the time, effort, and care he put into making sure our dining experience exceeded even our wildest expectations. His mastery and command of culinary skills allows even the most basic ingredients to function in harmony and produce dishes that taste like something out of a dream, a genuine master of his profession! We feel genuinely privileged to have experienced the best and will eagerly return for more.
