Had a very comfortable stay here. Located off Bypass road, below the flyover, map location is accurate. Customer Service is excellent - someone got in touch to confirm arrival time. Staff is polite and helpful. They were also very accommodating of requests which was good as I was travelling with a senior citizen. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained for the price point. Spa has some nice ayurvedic therapies at a reasonable price. The variety in the breakfast menu was excellent. Two points that can be improved are the interior decor of the room (can use brighter colors) and the pricing of the room service menu (on the higher side). Would definitely come back here.

Best place to stay, worth the price.Staff is very helpful and attentive. Any time hot water is available in shower, clean and tidy place. Breakfast had various options, tasted good and staff was very helpful while taking breakfast orders. If you are new to Madurai this is the best place to stay in.

Expect for the location (not their mistake but the flyover is just at their entrance) The hotel is overall too good. Right from the doorman everyone there will be very smiling, polite and helpful. The front desk staff will try to cater your requirements as much as they can possibly do. The hotel is not huge but it gives a good feeling. The rooms are big spacious, neat and tidy. Everything in room is well laid out. The food in the hotel is very good. They have good in room dining service. The staff at both restaurants are very courteous. The quality of food, service and pricing is also fair. It's a good property to stay for families, business persons and tourists. Good Hotel in Madurai. Food at restaurant was really good. Rooms were of decent size and staff was friendly. The snack basket in the room was 5 times more than MRP

We stayed at this hotel first for two nights Aug 24-26 and later for one night on Aug 29th. The hotel location is not the best especially as road rebuilding was in progress during our stay but our stays were memorable. The rooms are just the right size, cleanliness is outstanding and staff very friendly. Breakfast spread was quite good. All in all, we had comfortable stays and would happily stay there again if we visit Madurai.

Prime location. Very nice ambience. Rooms are very spacious and bigger. Service was very good. Rooms are very well maintained, clean and neat. Restaurant service at its best. The food quality was fantastic. Wanted to meet and appreciate the chef who makes desserts because desserts are usually too sweet and sugary. But here, it was sweet and good. The sweetness was apt. Have eaten in many 5 star hotels but GRT madurai desserts are the best so far. Quality is awesome, both for room and restaurant. Service people treat the customers respectfully. Very much recommended. Affordable and reasonable cost for the quality they provide.

I loved the stay! The restaurant's and front desk service was excellent. They were attentive to all their guest. Polite and friendly. Helpful at every possible time they could. Parking was easy. Comfortable bedding and good spread of breakfast. I love it!

We stayed at the Regency by GRT on our way from Bangalore to Trivandrum as a pitstop. It was the one of the most pleasant stays i have experienced in recent times. The rooms are very clean and large enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom was very clean and was well stocked with toiletries. When we ordered room service for dinner, they offered us a starter, a dessert and hot chocolate free of cost. The breakfast next day was very sumptuous and delicious, and had items from all sorts of cuisines, you will find something to your taste for sure. The hotel staff also helped us get an auto to the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple. If they lack something in luxury, they sure do make it up in terms of their hospitality. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madurai.
