Resort is full of luxury . Staffs are polite and friendly. Rooms are quite large with all modern amenities . You will enjoy the view here .
Amazing property with outstanding services Liked * The vibe of the resort was very nice. The staff in all the departments starting from restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance was extremely courteous. Would like to specially thank staff member Chandan from the restaurant for his hospitality and kind nature. Breakfast served at Tea Pot Restaurant is outstanding. Disliked * They need to have more variety in the food menu. Wasn't happy with the continental food being served.
I will rate 5 star rating for all things but negative ratings from my point of view also there You are saying that your property is pure vegetarian and you are providing egg item in hotel rooms menu by order It's a shame thing Then declare this property as non veg That's why I am disappointed
We attended a wedding in Rajkot and were staying in Regency Lagoon Resort . The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the staff is very friendly. Perfect for a destination wedding and weekend getaways !
Very nice place for yummy food. With a very calm and relaxing environment. Every staff member is very polite in nature. And give all the information and facilities they provide.

The room and location is very good. But the customer service that i got from MR. Kaushal zatakia was very bad. No response to the customer and no helpful nature from him. The rest of the staff was nice but a single person can ruin all your experiences.

A gorgeously crafted place. Meals is of excellent quality and quantity. Rajkot is a city known for its love of spices, nevertheless. Thus, the meal was a little spicy. But the flavour was superb. Thus, let them know if you don't enjoy spicy cuisine.
