Good stay with family. Old property but maintained well. Staff was courteous and helpful. We missed to have south Indian meals on menu which should be there when a hotel is located in South India so a feedback from my end. Price can be little more reasonable.
I have not availed the rooms/ stay. We visited the restaurant for lunch and it was a bad experience. Food is not good, no proper service even though you see a lot of service staff keep roaming. Too much price for the quality of the buffet items. Melty ice cream, deserts are not touched by anyone because of poor quality. A 10rs sprite pet bottle charged 80 rs , just serving as it is packed. End up paying 850+ taxes per head just for some peaceful seating. Hakka noodles are good, and the sambar was good.
Loved the stay. Staff and service are excellent and reliably great. The location is right in the middle of the town in a main thorough fare, in close proximity to the Temples for those who visit on a pilgrimage to Kanchipuram. The access to the location though, as also visibility from the road leaves room for improvement. Food was delicious and great, and the free breakfast had an elaborate big spread. The courtesy of the staff who are always checking up on you and asking you how's your stay and dining experience deserves a special mention. All in all, a great facility to have in Kanchipuram that makes staying there comfortable and worry free.
Parking issue, not much space. Rest is okay and nice breakfast. Worst part they keep snacks in room, if you eat them you need to pay extra, what the hell. Areeee basic common sense when you charge lot for rooms with the name 3star how come you play this cheap tricks to loot, if we want we can order right. With one chocolate cost you can buy 3 (they will keep a nice price chart next to it) argue them do not pay.
Attended a program at fifth floor on last Sunday. Lift is available till 4 floors. The venue was decent with neat restrooms. comfortable temperature.The mic provided for the speakers was not working.Lunch served was quite okay

We stayed at this hotel for two nights recently and found it to our satisfaction. The hotel is ideally located and the rooms are well maintained. The restaurant is average though. The front desk staff, Hemalatha in particular, was extremely helpful and efficient. Recommend this hotel.
