5-star experience. Beautiful property. Attentive and caring staff. The views from the executive suite were scenic.the duty manager was welcoming and went above and beyond in ensuring a memorable stay. Spa facilities could be managed better though, and the hotel could do better in having a few kids friendly activities. They offer breakfast and dinner both and the taste is amazing. There was no time when I ate food and did not overeat. If looking for a place in Santacruz go to Regency.
My stay was for 1 month. The rooms are spacious in size and are always kept neat and tidy. Dinner and breakfast here is amazing and they provide lots of variety for both non veg and vegetarians in their dinner menu. The hotel staff in particular were very helpful and kind at all times during my stay. The location is great but if you want to go to BKC it can be difficult. Overall 9/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel

One can reach any other place also because of near by Railway station & Metro. Also this Hotel is Just on Western Express way to plan to go other places. Room is reasonable to the price we pay. Regency Hotel @ Vakola junction, Golibar area is exceptionally worth for the money we are charged.
