Horrible stay. Bed bugs and insects on the couch and bed. Fan were making noise. No proper check-in time took 20min more even after reaching. No food available at the property. Suggestion to the property owner kindly maintain the property don't just run it for namesake. USP: It is located at the center all location nearby.

The room and bathroom was good and tidy. 24Hrs hot water was available. The service was quick. There is limited parking spaces but I did not face any issues. The receptionist was very good talking and understood our requirements and guided me well. One suggestion was to provide 24Hrs checkin and checkout time which would have workedout for me. Apart from that no comments.

I was in mysore on a vacation with family, we took family suit and it was a double room with walk through. Rooms were clean, had AC, and a view. All other amenities were there. Since I was there during dasara I guess the prices were hiked. Maybe you can bargain and get beat prices. I recommend this hotel for stay.

The property is located close to Mysore centre so all attractions are close by. Rooms sply 4 bed suites are spacious enough to accommodate large family of two couples and 2 kids upto 12 yrs. The only disadvantage is they do not have any covered parking reserved for all occupants and a restaurant of thier own. The food can be ordered online or staff will assist. Plates, crockery, fridge and microwave available in large 4 bed suites. Restaurants available in close ranges as per ones choice and taste. Four floored building has elevator. Rooms may not be too large but sufficient if people have come roam around the city daytime and contented to sleep cozy. Price is expensive than booking directly with them. Also per night stay charge above is way too expensive for a facility which has no restaurant or dedicated parking facilities.

Rooms are not worth of that money , i went on weekdays they charged 2300 per day , quite expensive compared to the room they offer , shower not working, room space is quite low, i ll not recommend for people looking for luxury

We were 3 girls staying at this hotel. We felt safe and there was family crowd. Reception service was good. The man at the reception counter was very helpful. Breakfast was complimentary which was a plus.

Overall experience was good, but they have to maintain good furniture if it is broke then it has to replaced or adjust without disturbance the customers who are sitting or sleeping on bed. Also, room ambience was good and pleasant. Moreover, you have to remove the ajwal resturant from your desk it's waste of money to get order from them you can loose your standards on being partner with this type is resturant, I felt worst by getting order. From this restaurant it is better to have Street food which is delicious. I strongly recommend clients who's are visiting please donot order food from this restaurant. Thankyou.

This was one of the worst experience ever. It's important to note that we visited with our family. The hotel staff literally harrassed us. We had to checkout earlier because of their harrasment. We were just speaking to hotel staff a few hours back before checkout that if they could give us few more minutes after 11am as we were going to visit a temple and it would take time and they had such a bad attitude and harrassed us, we had to checkout at 8.30 because of this. This is the worst scenario a person can face in the hotel.
