I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
Good clean room. Good ambience. The staffs are good in service. Booked for my parents for Kim's hospital check up, they were happy to stay.
Had a terrible stay with my wife on our way through the city. Room was shabby, A/C didn't work, nor did the hot water. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the bed was rock-hard and the sheets and fittings thread-bare. Were charged a premium over the price of an A/C room and then berated by manager over Whatsapp who was dismissive and unpleasant when these issues were raised.
I had a very pleasant experience staying at Regal Suites with my family for a week. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff at the reception is super helpful. The location is also quite convenient with eateries and shops nearby.

Very budget friendly and clean hotel. The hotel is located within walkable distance to KIMS hospital and many affordable restaurants nearby. I will definitely choose Regal Suites if I have to stay in that area again.
