I recently stayed at the Regal Hotel for two nights, which included meals. Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by ongoing construction, causing considerable noise in the reception area and rooms. The initial room's cleanliness fell short of expectations, prompting a room change, graciously approved by the manager. The meals provided were satisfactory, earning a 3/5 rating. The hotel's overall hygiene could use improvement, but the renovated areas showed promise. A key suggestion is staff training for cleanliness. Despite these issues, I would still consider it a generally positive experience, giving it an overall rating of 3.5/5.

Awesome service and delicious food. We have visited in Nov'23 with kids and booked this hotel room after checking hygiene and amenities, enjoyed a lot, clean pool, awesome food and clean room and service. Must visit Waiting for next trip soon

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone seeking a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The rooms are simply outstanding. The Gujarati food is the best I've ever had. The service is excellent. In short, if you're looking for a luxurious and indulgent dining experience, this is the place for you.Every sightseeing and shopping market is near or passing through this property. I highly recommend it. P.S : The restaurant's willingness to accommodate guests who are running late is noticeable.

We visited on 27th October. The hotel was undergoing renovation, so there was cement everywhere. In Garden Suite 604, the bathroom door did not close, and even on complaining, the manager turned a blind eye towards it. The swimming pool water was not clean. The indoor games area wasn't clean , and there was dust everywhere.

Excellent food & service. Lovely holidays spent with group of friends and their family. We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very good.

Very good food and it's pure veg. Would suggest to take higher end rooms. No doubt all rooms are clean but all are not well maintained. Nice garden lawn, badminton court and few more indoor games available in addition to swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. Staff is friendly and very helpfull. Very big property and well maintained having beautiful garden. We went there over the weekend and it felt surreal. Rainy season is the best to visit matheran. Food and kitchen management is very good. Food is tasty . Surely recommended.
