I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainer is really awesome and helpful, sir makes you feel really comfortable. The training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so its never boring.
Its 2 storey gym building but has one trainer (who can be anywhere, and you need to call him if you are upstairs and vice versa.)
