Refuel Gym & Spa - Gym in Ambala - Ambala, India

I have been doing gym in refuel from past 6 months, their equipments are classy! Good spa and locker room, restroom and shower area are neat and clean. One can do strength training, cardio, yoga, aerobics and what not! Moreover, owners of the gym can be found in the gym at most of the times and most humble guys I must say. You will find this gym a little expensive than other gyms nearby but it's totally worth every single penny. You won't regret it! FYI at peak hours, gym is mostly jam packed. I highly recommend this gym if you live in Ambala and you want to stay fit.
