Refresh Goel and Goel - Restaurant in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Food is OK but the staff working there is highly ill mannered . Especially don't get any thing for parcel packing. They would charge u for that and provide a very poor packing from which food may spill out

Rude and insulting behaviour by goel and goel staff and manager at jaipur railway station I have no idea whether complaints are taken for insulting and misbehaving with a customer by indian railways. Sir/madam i want to bring to your notice that I have been misbehaved by staff members and manager of goel and goel food stall in jaipur railway station platform no 1.time around 10am The junior staff was couteous but after asking prices of few items i started to take a glance the rate chart and may be due to his normal duty he went to back side of the stall to serve may be other customers. Just then another person with spectacles came to the counter. I thought he may be accounts staff and showing respect towards him i asked is there someone who will take the order as he never approached me for an order i thought some junior staff will come to take my order but to my surprise this gentleman questioned me why i did not tell the junior staff when he was standing there. Then he started arguing with me and misbehaving and an argument started between us. I was surprised by his uncourteous and insulting replies as i was a customer and not his paid servant . I asked for his name for which he got furious and tried to ask whether who am i as in some Minister or what and rushed out of the counter and asked me to take him to any officer in the station. Suddenly some other middle aged person supposedly the store owner or came rushing from inside and asked me what the cause of the heated argument and gave a biased remark that i was creating unnecessary rukus and indimidated me to go away telling tumahare jaise sau aate hain and asked me to get lost from there. I had a train 15631so i could not personally go and complain. But i am terrified how such staff are employed to serve us and spoil our train journey experience. I also request you to take responsible action against the store manager and the gentle man with spectacles so that customers coming from other parts of the country not take such insulting and awful experience again from jaipur railway station.

First star is for cleanliness and hygiene.... it's a neat and clean place... Second star is for ambiance... furniture, temperature etc are comfortable... Third star is for the quality of food available... tasty and delicious food options are available...in a wide range... Forth star is blank for behaviour of staff and satisfaction regarding pricing of goods...it wasn't satisfactory Fifth star is blank for the delivery speed...if you orders normal 'janta khana', that's available instantly...but if you orders something else...it takes a lot of time

Food quantity served was not as per shown in the list. Very non tasty and non higenic also A bad experience

I m regular customer. south indian food quility is very good speciali masala dosa.

The tender of this plqza has been gone to neelam food now they will takeover this plaza after some days but nowdays the plaza is closed

Food is ok but staff and service is bad, they don't pay attention to any need of customer.

Lovely food, friendly staff,ser services and food quality were superb..
