Hands Down, Best Choice I've Joined Reform Fitness.The Journey has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

They charge a hefty amount but could not hire a professional trainer. The trainer use a different gym to train herself. They need to understand"one who lose weight by training is not a professional trainer". She will just use loud mouth and make you workout for two hours. It can be okay with someone who is already training for one year and more but not with a beginner. It can affect someone's health like it happened with me. Do not even check BMI and no diet plan. Those positive reviews might be their so-called customer who work out less and spend hours chit-chating. The idea of ladies gym is good but they need to talk it seriously and hire professional and improve services.

Today i was complete my 1 month in the gym and i loss my 8 kg in a month my self saheba qayum and am glad to join reform the service was good and the most important thing is atmosphere was superb. Thank you Reform for giving us such a great place.

What you look for in a good gym is quality training, proper nutritional guidance, professionalism in service delivery, variety in workout schedule, multiple fitness activities, consistency and transformation. I have found everything in just one place and to top that our membership can be frozen in case of long consecutive leaves. Reasonable and my favourite for the most amazing reasons!

I dnt know wats wrong in their equipments and style even after being in proper diet was not able to reduce weight well i joined there for three months and whatever weight i hv lost in those three months i lost more in three weeks after switching gym with same diet. The trainer there just advice on supplements rather helping u with exercise. Price is higher than metro cities.

I had gone to enquire gym prices for my wife. Since men not allowed inside, asked wife to talk. But no matter as much as she asked, they give vague replies. Lots of advertisement about personal trainer. But they don't have a single personal trainer's name Or number. Personal trainer's price is different but they will not disclose. Either they're running a big fraud or scam. Beware and be advised. An exclusive ladies gym with multiple big shiny advertisement but poor service. The owner must introspect..

Am glad to say that this was the best gym 1st thing is this is a ladies gym and the atmosphere was outstanding I am 62 years old and they treat each and everyone are same.

I really like the vibe of the place and there is a friendly environment..i love doing zumba and it is very much coordinated and enjoy full..more equipments everyone will enjoy...yoga is very good... I like it here i have many friends..it is time friendly too...
